We are approaching our Summer Sizzler day Saturday 7 July. This is the school’s most significant fund raising event of the year as well as an enjoyable community event.

 

The funds raised are increasingly important to the school. As you are aware all schools are struggling with budget issues and we work hard to sustain our level of service for our children and families. This is becoming more challenging every year. Funds raised by the Summer Sizzler allow us to continue with subsidised trips and visits as well as funding and supporting enriched learning. This year we are hoping to raise additional funds to purchase climbing equipment for the playground.

 

The PTA work very hard to lead and manage this event. This year we are struggling to find support for the day. If you can spare an hour to man a stall on the Saturday or can give some time to set up in the morning or label bottles for the tombola it would be hugely appreciated.
