Cawston Grange Primary Christmas Raffle 2021

The Annual Cawston Grange Primary Christmas Raffle is back and it all starts on 18 November!

The Annual Cawston Grange Primary Christmas Raffle is one of the main fundraisers for the PTA in any calendar year. With many prizes up for grabs, there's bound to be something for everyone ... but above all its all about the Christmas spirit.

Tickets

Tickets are being sent out with children on the 18th November and there should be 2 books (10 tickets) with each child and each ticket cost £1.

There is obviously no obligation to purchase the tickets that have been sent home, but we do ask that you return any unsold tickets to us as soon as possible.

How To Purchase

To purchase your tickets we have a number of options to suit different preferences and these are below:

Cash: If you wish to pay by cash, please place the cash, along with the appropriate stubs, into a sealed envelope and return to school by 10th December. Please be advised that the school does not have the ability to give change so correct amounts only.

Cheque: If you with to pay by cheque, please make the cheque payable to 'Friends of Cawston Grange (P.T.A)' for the full amount with the appropriate stubs in sealed envelope and return to school by 10th December.

PayPal: We now accept payment via PayPal for Raffle tickets. To pay by by Paypal click on the the folloing link Pay by PayPal. Please remember to include the ticket numbers your are buying ie 1201 - 1205. 

If you wish to buy more tickets, simply send the payment as above, but in the message please ask for an allocation and we will email you your numbers.

Debit / Credit Card: Members of the PTA will be outside The Co-operative Food store on Gerard Road on the weekend of 11th and 12th of December with the ability to pay by debit or credit card.

Prizes

All of the prizes have been donated by businesses in an around Cawston and Rugby, with the exception of the hampers which are made out of the kind donations of all the parents of the children at Cawston Grange.

This year has been an exceptional year for donations and we would like to thank all of the businesses for kindly donating. 

The prizes this year are:

First Prize - £150 Cash from B-Agile

Second Prize: Luxury Christmas Hamper from Cawston Grange Parent Donations

The Grand Draw

The draw will be held on 15 December 2021 in the school and winners will be notified during the day to arrange pickup or delivery of the prizes won.

Key Dates

18th November - Tickets included in childrens book bags from school

26th November - Christmas Hamper Donations from parents with children being allowed in Non-School Uniform

10th November - Raffle tickets, cash and cheques to be returned to school

13th November - Final day to purchase raffle tickets via PayPal

15th November - Grand Draw
