• Book Week, week commencing Monday 27 February

  To celebrate reading in our school, we have lots planned for the first week back.

  • Our Scholastic Book Fair will run from Monday 27 February to Thursday 2 March after school.
  • We will enjoy reading daily, in a variety of places around the school in our Roving Readers sessions.
  • On Wednesday 1 March morning, adults at the school will share their favourite stories.
  • World Book Day will be our character celebration day.
  • Book cover competition winners will be announced on Thursday 2nd March.
  • Storytelling evening will be on Thursday 2 March from 5:30pm- 6:30pm.

• Gift of 14 I-pads

  As you are aware Friends of Cawston Grange are committed to funding 32 I-pads for the School this year. This week we received an incredibly generous donation from Mr Wang (Gordon, Butterflies) of 14 I-pads to the School.

   

  I am sure you will join with me in thanking Mr Wang for this wonderful gift to the children.

• Change of Date – Story Evening Book Week

  Due to a clash with the swimming gala the Story Evening will now take place on Thursday 2 March, 5.30pm-6.30pm. Full details will follow shortly.
