  • Friends of Cawston Grange PTA Meeting

    Fri 15 Jan 2016

The PTA met on Tuesday to plan forthcoming events.  The PTA have contributed over £3,000 last term to enrich the learning experiences of all children.  This donation has been spent on trip subsidisation and the purchase of white goods ie; cooker, washing machine and fridge for the children’s kitchen which is part of the new build.

The next meeting will be on Tuesday 9 February at 7.00pm to 8.30pm to plan the Summer Sizzler.  This will be followed by a meeting on Thursday 25 February, 7.00pm to 8.00pm, to plan additional events for the year (please see the diary dates attached to the end of this newsletter).  All parents and grandparents welcome.

The work of the PTA and the support of families is fundamental to the provision we offer all pupils and I am grateful to our parent volunteers for their contribution.

  • Welcome back to the Spring Term.

    Fri 08 Jan 2016

I hope you all had an enjoyable Christmas break.  This is a busy term with many exciting learning activities.  Learning Webs covering areas of learning have also gone out to families today.

Building work is on schedule and we hope to be moving into Phase 2 during the half term holiday.  May I remind families that school is closed on Monday 22 February after the half term holiday.
