• PTA Present Cheque for £9,000

  Many thanks to all our families and the hardwork of the PTA last year. On Monday we received a cheque for £9,000. £4,000 will subsidise all trips for all pupils over this coming year. The remaining £5,000 will go towards new iPads.

   

  The PTA will be targeting the purchase of 32 iPads this year and are well on the way to meeting this target.

• Sainsbury’s Active Kids is Back

  The Sainsbury Active Kids voucher scheme starts Wednesday 25 January. You can collect Active Kids vouchers at Sainsbury’s local, supermarkets, petrol stations and online. The collection box will be located near the Music Room for children to place their vouchers into. Thank you in advance for your support.

• Cawston Grange Community Hall

  Last school year Cawston Grange Community Hall invited our students to design artwork that could be used to make a welcome sign at the community hall.

   

  The community hall team received some wonderful entries and the sign is now mounted on the inside wall of the community hall.

   

  Tilly Hobson, Isabella Borg, Fraya Saunders, Amber Taylor, Lara Chase, Kiera Cornet and Emily Cartwright were the winners. Congratulations to you all

  

• After School Clubs

  Teacher-led clubs – All teacher-led clubs re-start next week (week commencing Monday 9 January).

  Cheerleading Club – This club has now finished. If your child attended on a Monday night they will need collecting at 3.30pm.

  Lego Club – Students attending Lego club have changed due to the extensive waiting list for this club. If your child attended in the Autumn term they will not attend in the Spring term. Letters have been issued to 12 children that were on the waiting list.

  Parent funded clubs – Bayleaf Cookery Club, FDS and Spanish start Monday 9 January. Hotshots starts Friday 13 January.
