  • PSHE&C Lessons – No outsiders programme

    Thu 31 Jan 2019

In our PSHE&C lessons we will be introducing our new programme called “No outsiders.” This is a resource that will deliver the objectives outlined in the Equality Act 2010. It is a curriculum that promotes equality for all sections of the community whether that be through difference in ethnicity, gender, ability, sexual orientation, gender identity, age or religion.

Each lesson is based around a picture book and includes fun activities alongside discussion on individual differences. It will encourage children to be excited about living in a diverse twenty-first century, and want to keep it like that – not fight against it. Equality is British Law and we are proud that it is also the ethos of our school.

  • School Items for Sale

    Thu 24 Jan 2019
We have closed down our Computer suite and moved to laptops in classrooms.  This room will become our nurture room next year.  Therefore we have a few computer desks available, in different sizes, which would be ideal for children to use as workstations at home, along with blue stools.  Please see pictures below.  If you are interested, please call in to the school office and we will gladly show you the furniture. Donations to the school would be greatly appreciated.
